Our aerial hoop, also known as a Lyra, is an iconic aerial apparatus used to create beautiful shapes and movements. Whether you refer to it as a Lyra, Aerial Hoop, or Ring, our Tabless (Zero Point) Aerial Hoops are designed for strength and rigging ease.

These tabless hoops are crafted from high-grade steel and finished with a black powder coat. They have a smooth surface perfect for use untaped (holla; no more getting your clothes rolled in your hip circles!), or you can easily tape for additional grip. These lyra's are solid steel (not hollow), providing stability.  

Tabless lyra's are a great choice for a variety of rigging set ups; you can easily change between a single point set up and a double point set up using round slings choked to the hoop.

• 2 sizes available: 35 inch and 38 inch (inside diameter measurement). 38 inches is the adult "standard size" for studios.

Additional Info: Choosing the Right Hoop Size:

To determine your lyra (aerial hoop) size:

1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight and back upright.
2. Measure the distance from the floor to the top of your head in inches.
3. Add 2 inches to this measurement for clearance.

The final number is your ideal inside diameter for a lyra. If you are between measurements, round to the closest size. 

The Lyra does not quality for free shipping given the weight of the product.

Thank you for your purchase of aerial fabric rigging materials and
equipment from Aerial Fabric Acrobatics, LLC (“AFA”). We appreciate your
business.

Our customers who purchase aerial rigging fabric acrobatic materials
use them to assemble rigging for use in aerial fabric acrobatic
activities. These activities are, by their nature, dangerous to all of
the participating individuals including students and performers. AFA
wants you to know that it is vital that anyone using its rigging
materials be fully aware of prescribed industry methods for assembling
rigging, including, but not limited to all necessary safety procedures
and precautions.

We provide this warning to you to make you aware of, and sensitive
to, your participants’ needs for safety and the absolute necessity to
have competent assemblers and riggers assemble and install your
apparatus.

You have not requested AFA’s assistance for your rigging activities
except to assemble the fabric to the hardware provided. All hardware
specifications are provided. AFA has had no role in examining the
proposed location or configuration of your rigging or the precise ways
in which you will use it.

AFA hereby disclaims any and all responsibility for your use of the
rigging materials you purchase. We recommend that you engage competent
professionals to assist in the rigging. You proceed at your own risk if
you do not do so. AFA may offer you a separate agreement by which it
will provide you on-site consultation to assist in the rigging
procedure.

Every shipping cost is specific to each order. If the shipping cost
is over-calculated, we will refund you the over-charged amount.

Our goal is to meet your deadline so if you have one, please let us

We generate your shipping label and send you the tracking number by
email so please make sure your shipping address and email are correct.

*Expedited shipping is available but is typically twice as expensive.

Please select expedited shipping if you need this to meet your deadline. Let us know your deadline in your “order note”.

For large international orders, the shipping can be under calculated
by the shopping cart or over calculated. If we need to refund you, we
will. Likewise, if your order will cost more, we will invoice you for
the additional amount.

You are responsible to pay the duties and taxes required by your country.

For Orders going to Canada: You will pay an additional broker fee if
you choose UPS as your carrier. This fee is in addition to the shipping
cost and the duties and taxes charged.

We CANNOT offer refunds or returns but we CAN help you in your ordering process.

Here at Aerial Fabric Acrobatics we take your needs, orders, and
questions very seriously. We have worked with thousands of satisfied
customers since 2002. We understand that ordering aerial equipment
requires much consideration. Given that we fabricate many of these items
to your order specifications we do not offer refunds or returns for any
item. If you have any questions or concerns about your equipment needs,

treat them as such. We will assure each order is cut and assembled to
your specifications and we verify the quality of all of the products we
